Arnaud Bignon, formerly with Éric Frechon, joined The Greenhouse in London in 2012, after a successful stint at the Spondi in Greece. The London establishment is located in one of the capital’s poshest neighbour- hoods. The menu is made up of inevitable dishes like Wales lamb. The chef’s philosophy combines brilliant French gastronomic cuisine and contemporary techniques. His cuisine focuses on fresh products to which Chef Bignon pays a nice tribute.
