The festive opening at Tantris Maison Culinaire will combine culinary creativity, iconic cocktails and musical ambience, setting the tone for an event combining elegance, warmth and hospitality.<\/p>\n\n<p>On Monday, the Hotel Bayerischer Hof will host a day of conferences and roundtables focusing on the challenges of modern gastronomy: sustainable trends, intergenerational transmission, the hidden time of creation and liquid experiences.
