Together, they created much more than a restaurant: a total experience, where emotion, pleasure and excellence are at the heart of every detail. <\/p>\n\n<p>As loyal members of <strong>Les Grandes Tables du Monde,<\/strong> Jonnie and Th\u00e9r\u00e8se generously embodied the values of our association: passion for the profession, teamwork, high standards and, above all, a deep love and modern vision of hospitality.<\/p>\n\n<p>Our thoughts are with <strong>Th\u00e9r\u00e8se<\/strong>, their children <strong>Jimmie <\/strong>and <strong>Isabelle<\/strong>, and the entire De <strong>Librije <\/strong>team.
