For the Gastronomy day, Les Grandes Tables du Monde create Momentum: 18 four-handed dinners, drawn at random, experienced simultaneously around the world.

Chefs who never cook together. Worlds that mingle. Menus created for a single night. These are instant creations, born of dialogue, audacity and encounter.

The majority of dinners will take place on April 13, 2026, a few on April 11, 14 or 15, but everywhere, the same worldwide wave.
