Les Rencontres #1 Brussels

On June 9, 2024, Les Grandes Tables du Monde launch Les Rencontres in Brussels at Restaurant Bozar, with chef Karen Torosyan and guests Viki Geunes, Cyril Molard and San Degeimbre, for a unique dinner combining sharing, creativity and Belgian hospitality.

The following day, restaurateurs and the general public will gather for a day of conferences and discussions on the gastronomy of tomorrow: digitalization, customer experience, inclusion, art and culinary innovation, with experts and chefs sharing their vision of a cuisine that is ever more creative, responsible and human.
