Les Rencontres #2 Munich

On May 11 and 12, 2025, the Grandes Tables du Monde take over Munich for two days of reflection and celebration. The festive opening at Tantris Maison Culinaire will combine culinary creativity, iconic cocktails and musical ambience, setting the tone for an event combining elegance, warmth and hospitality.

On Monday, the Hotel Bayerischer Hof will host a day of conferences and roundtables focusing on the challenges of modern gastronomy: sustainable trends, intergenerational transmission, the hidden time of creation and liquid experiences. The evening will conclude with a Grand Dîner à 14 mains, where seven German chefs will combine their talents to celebrate the diversity and audacity of the German gastronomic scene, in a spirit of sharing and excellence.
