What if, on the same evening, chefs from all over the world cooked together, united by the same desire to share?
On Gastronomy Day, April 13, 2026, Les Grandes Tables du Monde will launch Momentum: a series of four-handed dinners between members, organized simultaneously around the world.
That evening, from Tokyo to Paris, from New York to Mexico City, each participating house will offer its guests a unique experience, born of the encounter between two signatures, two sensibilities, two visions of haute cuisine.

Each house will be able to participate in its own way:
as a host, opening its kitchen to another member,
as a guest, going off to create elsewhere, for the time of a dinner,
The duos will be drawn at random during the Athens congress, in a spirit of play and discovery.
