LA VILLA ARCHANGE
A new gastronomic restaurant opened in the summer of 2010 on the Côte d’Azur: a daring challenge for a chef whose talent is well known. Bruno Oger installed himself at Le Cannet, on the hill where the painter Bonnard lived, in a beautiful 18th century Provençal-style country house. In the calm atmosphere, this Breton chef’s cooking blossoms into a bouquet of open flavours. Limousin veal shanks, Breton lobsters, Bresse young hens… Between Brittany and the Mediterranean, Bruno Oger has chosen a palette of the finest products.
