TANTRIS – MAISON CULINAIRE

Germany’s most influential culinary institution is making a comeback. Following a complete renovation for its 50th anniversary, Tantris reopened its doors in 2021 as Tantris Maison Culinaire, with a brand-new international team. The legendary 1970s building owned by the Eichbauer family is now home to the Tantris prix-fixe restaurant under Chef Benjamin Chmura, the Tantris DNA à la carte restaurant led by Chef Virginie Protat, and the Tantris Bar, a little gem of finesse and originality. Another new feature is a bakery-pastry section run by Maxime Rebmann. As for the service, it is led by Mona Röthig, Ali Nia and Maximilian Sierk-Paul. One of the best cellars in the world, with a focus on prestigious Burgundy estates.
