On the horizon beyond the white tablecloths, the Adriatic spreads its brilliant canvas. The dining room is lit with a shimmering play of azure lights, whetting the appetites for the joys of marine dishes. Mauro Uliassi has left logarithms for the kitchen… He opened his restaurant in 1990 with his sister Catia in the dining room. On plates dressed to the millimetre, the fruits of the sea are taken to a higher level, cooked to perfection, combined with fresh herbs, with slightly acid flavours and crunchy textures.
