The project was launched in 2005 by the Ceretto family, wine producers in the Langhe, and chef Enrico Crippa. In the pink-walled dining room, adorned with frescoes by Francesco Clemente, Crippa’s cuisine flourishes, highlighting garden produce and local raw materials in a perfect marriage with the chef’s experience.
