Today, the restaurant brings together the four members of the family, with Fabrizio and Raffaele their sons. Our cuisine is mainly based on seasonal regional products, many of which are grown on site.
Chef Fabrizio’s culinary style is inspired by his international experiences but without ever forgetting his territory; it is a Mediterranean cuisine and in the dishes we find the aromas and refinement of the Coast.
