Coque, a restaurant with over 60 years of history behind it, has stayed true to its roots yet at the same time offers innovative and modern cuisine. Backed by the strong family legacy, the Sandovals have evolved over time and as a result of their continued epicurean adventures Coque was awarded a second Michelin star in 2015, alongside other recognitions of its quality, including a 3M in the Spanish Metropolí Guide, 3 Repsol Suns and, more recently, one green Michelin and the Sustainable Sun.
