ENOTECA PINCHIORRI
The most elegant Jacometti Ciofi Palace, which dates back to the 17th century, has been the home of the Enoteca. Annie and Giorgio, founders of the house which is celebrating its fiftieth anniversary, warmly welcome their guests. Today, the management of the room is entrusted to Alessandro Tomberli and his team, masters of hospitality and great ambassadors of the incredible cellar. Riccardo Monco, executive chef, officiates in the kitchen and offers a great cuisine of research, technology and raw materials, increasingly contemporary and attentive to sustainability.
