Sleeping Beauty has awakened in a décor where a new take on history has left its mark, with ceramics and Art Deco earthenware creating a unique atmosphere of a chic Lyons bistro. While the Bresse chicken in a white sauce with black truffles has not left the menu, during the truffle season, in 80 years, it has not prevented the chef and his team from expressing their own vision of traditional cuisine, with ingenious and invigorating dishes.
