Le Clos des Sens offers a window into an extraordinary and unsuspected territory. Franck Derouet and Thomas Lorival’s plant-based and lacustrine menu highlights the jewels of the great Lakes Annecy, Geneva and Bourget. They’ve set up a permaculture garden rich with over 200 wonders on slopes at the foot of the shaded terrace. The talented duo promotes a constant dialogue between people and their land, which leads to vibrant food and wine pairings.
