LE NEUVIÈME ART

It is in the heart of the 6tharrondissement of Lyon, district of Brotteaux, that Christophe Roure, MOF and two starred, has set up his restaurant Le neuvième Art after eleven years in the Loire department. No tablecloths, crumpled paper pendant lights and Volvic volcanic stone table centrepieces… The atmosphere is understated Zen. The architecture is simple and clear, just like the plates of food. Its classically inspired cuisine is simultaneously contemporary, artistic.
