Alain Ducasse, his executive chef Amaury Bouhours and the pastry chef Cédric Grolet have been endeavouring to explore in Restaurant le Meurice Alain Ducasse a free cuisine made of clear-cut and memorable flavours. Almost a “rough” cuisine with unexpected associations. Attention to detail is extreme and the journey is full of surprises. A contemporary expression of French haute cuisine with a relaxed and spontaneous service to be discovered in a unique historic setting, inspired by the Salon of Peace of Versailles and revisited by Philippe Starck, facing the Tuileries gardens.
