Silvio Nickol has run the gourmet restaurant at Palais Coburg since 2011. Discovering his passion for cooking at home in Germany at the age of seven was the springboard for his career. His team at Palais Coburg has two Michelin stars and four Gault Millau toques to its name. Located in the heart of Vienna, Palais Coburg Hotel – the former seat of the House of Saxe- Coburg – is home to his elegant restaurant. Palais Coburg has one of the world’s top wine collections, comprising a total of around 60,000 bottles, and won the World’s Best Wine List three times.
