When Thomas Keller opened The French Laundry in the heart of California’s Napa Valley, he made clear his intention to pursue perfection in both food and service. Since then he has achieved that goal and much more, receiving tremendous accolades and setting a new standard for American dining. His legacy continues through the many chefs who have trained under him including Grant Achatz, Corey Lee, Timothy Hollingsworth, Jonathan Benno, to name a few, and today with current Chef de Cuisine David Breeden.
