Nadia Santini was one of those rare individuals we admired as much for her extraordinary talent as for the wonderful person she was.
A great figure in international gastronomy, a pioneer, an inspiration to generations of chefs. But above all, a woman of exceptional kindness and generosity.
At Dal Pescatore, alongside her family, she built far more than a three-Michelin-star restaurant. She created a home where excellence came naturally, where the joy of welcoming others mattered just as much as the joy of cooking.
Nadia had a special light about her, a warmth, a gentleness and a genuine care for others that made everyone feel happy and privileged to be in her company.
Today, we have lost one of the great heroines of our profession. A woman we admired deeply and were so proud to count among the Les Grandes Tables du Monde family.
Our thoughts and deepest affection are with her family and the entire team at Dal Pescatore.
