April 13, 2026 will remain a landmark date in the history of Les Grandes Tables du Monde. For the very first edition of Momentum, 38 restaurants across 13 countries joined forces to create 19 one-of-a-kind dinners, born from randomly paired collaborations.
A simultaneous celebration of creativity, friendship, and excellence, in which each restaurant embraced the spirit of encounter and collaboration, offering guests an experience as unexpected as it was unforgettable. Hundreds of food lovers shared these unique moments of discovery, emotion and inspiration.
More than an event, Momentum has become our new annual tradition: every April 13, our community will make the heart of world gastronomy beat as one.
