ANNE DE BRETAGNE
Lying on a dune, Anne de Bretagne is decisively Atlantic in character. The rooms and the restaurant overlook the ocean and offer a polished and peaceful setting. As for the cuisine, it combines subtle salty sea savours with those of the land. Mathieu Guibert, the chef-owner, is native to the area. After having trained with the best (Alléno, Le Squer, Mille, Putelat,) he returned to his native soil and offers a menu that is both sublime and inventive.
