Inspired by “Os Lusíadas” – Luis Vaz de Camões, Chef Rui Paula, accompanied by executive Chef Catarina Correia, created the Cantos menus (6, 12 or 21 courses), a gastronomic journey celebrating the finest fish and seafood from the Portuguese coast, combining exceptional produce, contemporary technique, creativity and a remarkable selection of Portuguese wines.
