Five years later, the Domaine de Beaulieu is on the verge of becoming completely self-sufficient in fruits, vegetables, edible flowers, and aromatic herbs, cultivating over 5 hectares.
The chef has woven a fabulous network of producers, 100% from the region, allowing him to offer a poetic, unique, legible, and highly distinctive cuisine where the product, becomes the star of his dishes.
