LA VILLA LORRAINE
Yves Mattagne, the former two-starred chef of Le Sea Grill, cooks at la Villa Lorraine since 2020. This famous house on the edge of the Bois de la Cambre propose two concepts depending on whether you opt for the Lounge Bar (cooking focused on sharing, inspired by the chef’s travels) or for the gourmet restaurant (signature dishes and lobster press). The service, more relaxed, is provided by Fabrice D’Hulster, the chef’s loyal right-hand man for over twenty years.
