L’EAU VIVE

A garden stroked by a river, a small 17th century mill transformed into a haven of delicacies… L’Eau Vive bears its name well! The fresh and original cuisine is that of Pierre Résimont, a Namur native with an exemplary career, who was the youngest Belgian chef with a Michelin star. Weather permitting, the menu can be enjoyed on the terrace. The dishes happily combine land and sea. The traditional menu is interpreted in a contemporary way to the great delight of gourmets.
