MAISON LAMELOISE
An iconic landmark of French gastronomy, Maison Lameloise has been led by three generations of Lameloise before welcoming in 2009 chef Éric Pras, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004. Now at the helm of this Burgundy jewel – which recently celebrated its hundredth anniversary –, the chef offers a generous, creative, demanding and highly precise cuisine, breathing new life into the historic establishment’s menu. He draws inspiration from the richness of this land and region, where food and wine have maintained a unique relationship for thousands of years.
