Chef Andreas Caminada opened Schloss Schauenstein amidst the impressive Swiss Alps in 2003 and quickly rose to the top of the world’s culinary hierarchy, acclaimed with 3 Michelin stars and 19 Gault-Millau points. In 2022, Marcel Skibba became head chef & partner. The relationship to the region forms the base of the cuisine with ingredients from local farmers and vegetables from the castle garden.
