Conceived by French chef Paul Pairet since 1996 and opened in 2012, the concept of Ultraviolet is avant-garde. Be prepared for a unique multisensorial experience. On the menu: the degustation of 20 creative and surprising dishes. Light, sound, music, projections, scents and sensations: each dish gives rise to a different ambiance. All guests are seated around the same table and share their emotions, perceptions and tastes.
