The Michel Sarran restaurant is located inside a private mansion in Toulouse, that has retained the intimate atmosphere in which the chef takes particular pride. He likes to accommodate his customers like friends. “This is more of a house than a restaurant and we always provide a warm and welcoming environment.” Hearty and uncompromising, his creations are a reflection of himself, with local and exotic influences, subtlety and flavour. “I want my dishes to have taste and excite the palate, and if they can create emotions, then my goal is achieved and the pleasure is shared.”
