L’Air du Temps is celebrating its 20th years of fine cuisine, where Chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre brilliantly shares his decisively creative gastronomy based on local products. Both his restaurant and the rooms he offers look out on to his fabulous garden where he cultivates, in total respect with nature, the many gifts it already so generously offers.
