With the tree-lined Avenue de Tervueren in Brussels as a backdrop, and within the walls that were witnesses to his brillant culinary career, Christophe Hardiquest has rebuilt a whole new universe of meaning and sharing. There he rediscovers the freshness of instinct and favors an interactive approach to gastronomy by introducing a huge kitchen counter. The chef surprises and innovates by working with little-known ingredients and playing with raw materials.
