The design is contemporary, simple yet sophisticated and greatly valued by New Yorkers. Over the years, the French chef has established his style: exquisitely crafted dishes blending French, American and Asian influences. Working with local and organic products (fish, meat, vegetables, fruits) and global spices, he dreams up simple combinations of flavour – Egg Toast Caviar and Yellowfin Tuna Ribbons – which hit the spot in all senses.
