In the ancient country-house of the 13th century, the former houses of the counts of Toulouse, brought back to life by Jacques Garcia, the Relais & Châteaux Michel Trama hosts a meeting of baroque and classical styles. As in a Cocteau-esque pœtic fairytale, the atmosphere exudes a fantastic and romantic feel. The chef is constantly reinventing his own take on cuisine: hybrid dishes, enhanced by herbs and spices, classic dishes with a hint of humour, a festival of flavours that always strike a chord.
