Located at the foot of the mountains, near the Italian border and on a cliff above the sea, the 1930s round structure that houses the Mirazur restaurant offers an idyllic setting. Immersed in luxurious vegetation, its three floors hug the hillside. The restaurant is offering apanoramic view of the sea and the city of Menton from a very long circular bay window. Much more than a restaurant, the Mirazur is a Mediterranean domain, a place to live, a way of thinking and living with nature as the only line of sight. Inspired by it and his love for the region, Mauro Colagreco develops a vegetable and evolving cuisine.
