An illustrator with a distinctive and sensitive style, Lulu la Nantaise is the artist behind the cover of the 2026 Grandes Tables du Monde guide. Bold blocks of color, vintage inspirations, and a personal interpretation of the world of gastronomy define her work. The artist shares her background, her inspirations, and her approach to her craft.
A look back at our congress in Athens, for which we were fortunate and delighted to be accompanied by the great illustrator Camille de Cussac. Thanks to her remarkable talent, singular style, vivid colors and delicate sense of humor, she infused this edition with an energy that was as festive as it was sunny - in her own image.

On May 11 and 12, Les Grandes Tables du Monde gathered in Munich for two exceptional days, blending conviviality, inspiring exchanges, and outstanding gastronomy.
On June 9 and 10, 2024, Les Grandes Tables du Monde launched the very first edition of Les Rencontres in Brussels — a new annual event dedicated to dialogue, inspiration, and the art of hospitality.
Four months of work to clearly outline the meaningful commitments and values of social responsibility that drive the Association: not only respect for the environment and raw materials, but also friendship, elegance and transmission Focus on the Association’s ethical charter, which was drawn up by Sylvie Buhagiar and Sang-Hoon Degeimbre.
Founded in 1954, Les Grandes Tables du Monde is determined to remain in sync with the evolution of our society. Aware of ongoing developments, it wishes to commit to improving women’s place in gastronomy and promote, in the short term, gender equality within member restaurants of the organization, and more broadly in the whole sector.
