LA CHÈVRE D’OR

La Chèvre d’Or, perched in the medieval village of Èze, offers a magic view of the Mediterranean sea. Since 1953, the table has been served by great names. Tom Meyer has taken over the kitchens to showcase his culinary identity while perpetuating the prestige of the property. A gustative journey sublimated by Mathieu Selier’s wine advice. Thierry Naidu, General Manager and Yann Vaye, Restaurant Manager will delightfully welcome you.

RESTAURANT GUY SAVOY

RESTAURANT GUY SAVOY

RESTAURANT GUY SAVOY

Guy Savoy poses a designer’s eye on his surroundings, seeking to make each meal an encounter between the place, the dish and chefs who created it. In this quest for harmony, the softness of a fabric, the beauty of a masterpiece or the warmth of a smile carry the same weight as the taste of a langoustine. Jean-Michel Wilmotte’s decor is in keeping with these high standards, where special detail punctuates modern interior design. Guy Savoy states his claim : “Restaurants are the most civilised places on Earth”.

RESTAURANT CHRISTOPHER COUTANCEAU

CHRISTOPHER COUTANCEAU

In this residence facing the ocean, the sustainable fishing and the respect for the halieutic resource inspire the chef fisherman, a child from La Rochelle, invested in the defense of the marine flora and fauna. The service, led with elegance by Nicolas Brossard, create a perfect balance. The science of correct cooking, the art of subtle and bold associations, the pleasure of a cuisine that is healthy, respectful of the seasonality and generous like the ocean.

MICHEL KAYSER
– RESTAURANT ALEXANDRE

The Alexandre restaurant is located in a warm and elegant setting. The terrace opens up to life in the park: bicentennial trees, Mediterranean essences form a green setting for moments of well-being. Chef Michel Kayser, owner of the restaurant with his wife Monique, proposes a clever cuisine firmly rooted. Sublimating rural products into recipes where they are not expected, without ever altering them, such is the leitmotif through his cuisine.

PIERRE GAGNAIRE

PIERRE GAGNAIRE

PIERRE GAGNAIRE

Designed by Marcelo Joulia (Naço Agency), the restaurant’s new décor creates a bright and refined atmosphere. Marcelo and Pierre asked Adel Abdessemed to insert a tondo into the ceiling: his work depicts the animal world observing us, an animal world we’ve been able to rediscover during the 2020 lock-down. The chef maintains his approach of storytelling through gastronomy, closely following the seasons and affirming his strong attachment to producers, fishermen and breeders of all kinds. In the kitchen stands a table d’hôte for two called “Georges Teissier” (the name of the street in Saint-Étienne where Pierre Gagnaire got his start). A dark art piece by Lilian Euzéby overlooks guests who can step backstage and witness the silent frenzy of the kitchen.

PAUL BOCUSE

PAUL BOCUSE

PAUL BOCUSE

It is an absolute delight to dine in this superb Auberge nested on the banks of the Saône, precisely where Paul Bocuse was born. The home of the inventor of truffle soup radiates emotion, joy and a desire to share its many delights. The two “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” chefs Olivier Couvin and Gilles Reinhardt  – handpicked by the Chef of the Century himself – are now the keepers of his barely updated style. Together with the Bocuse family and the entire crew, they work to preserve the establishment’s original spirit and memory of flavours.

MICHEL TRAMA

MICHEL TRAMA

MICHEL TRAMA

In the ancient country-house of the 13th century, the former houses of the counts of Toulouse, brought back to life by Jacques Garcia, the Relais & Châteaux Michel Trama hosts a meeting of baroque and classical styles. As in a Cocteau-esque pœtic fairytale, the atmosphere exudes a fantastic and romantic feel. The chef is constantly reinventing his own take on cuisine: hybrid dishes, enhanced by herbs and spices, classic dishes with a hint of humour, a festival of flavours that always strike a chord.

MAISON CHABRAN

MAISON CHABRAN

MAISON CHABRAN

Charles Trenet used to sing “On est heureux, nationale 7”. Indeed, Michel Chabran makes our day when we stop off at this picturesque house on the famous south-bound road. Ochre facades, verandas and the greenery of the vast garden radiate the familiar feeling of happy holidays. Provence is on your doorstep with its truffles, olive oil, fruit and vegetables and suckling lamb. The cuisine centres on fresh produce which is deliciously and respectfully prepared.

PIC

Anne-Sophie Pic and David Sinapian welcome you to Maison Pic, the family establishment they have developed for over 30 years. In the restaurant, elegance shines through the refined design choices and high-end materials. Most sober sophistication with plants as well as details evoking Japan and the history of the house. As for Anne-Sophie Pic’s cuisine, her creations are defined by the combination of flavors, powerful aromas and exquisite delicacy, highlighting the produce of her culinary universe. Her signature cannot be summed up in a single dish but rather in her creative approach that defines the “Imprégnation”.
